I feel like I did well today. Not sure if I went down lower, but I feel like I did. I got in a good stretching session either way. I’ll probably do the kettle bell workout as a warm up in the future, especially after I stop running.

Not bad. I tried isometric in frog here, too. I’m focusing on widening my straddle, esp during my pancake. I’m probably lower than I have been in this entire challenge.

I liked the video because it felt like there was a lot of muscle strengthening going on. Now if only I could find one like this for the front splits.

I do feel like I’m running out of steam in this challenge. I’m so sore and tired all the time. Almost over.

I definitely felt a difference. I think I should have done the video after EasyFlexibility. I was able to widen my straddle, which was nice for my pancake. Even though I didn’t get my chest down with a wider straddle, it was actually easier to do pancake with wider legs.

Bridge was good. I need to keep brining my feet closer to lift my hips. I probably shouldn’t have done front splits again, butI did touch down. I need to give the hip flexors and hammies a chance to heal up though. Middle splits were good in that they were lower than last time. Still frustrating though!

So sore! Everything was very difficult today. My middle splits were okay. My backbends were slightly worse than yesterday, but still improved from the past. It’s pretty crazy what my back is doing. Going to take tomorrow off from backbends. I think. We’ll see.

Today was amazing! I did both front and middle splits today because I had missed so many days this week because of moving and new puppies, and I finally had the time. I touched down on front splits (my right side barely touched but it still counts. Hahaha). My middle splits were decent. They were lower than normal.

The real MVP of stretching today were my backbends. Cobra was just so effortless. I finally broke 90 degrees on my camel!!!! I could feel my middle back just allow me to fold and look at the wall behind me with ease. And my bridge was amazing! I was looking directly at the floor, and there was no doubt that the bend was coming from my middle back and not my shoulders. In fact, there was a straight line from my middle back to my wrists, and my lower ribs were almost directly above my shoulders as well!! Getting so close!

Also, I just found out theres another backbend challenge in July. This time it’s 60 days as well. That gives me one month respite between this challenge and that one. I don’t plan on stopping my stretching, but it’ll be good to have no pressure during my first month of school!

Today was really frustrating! I’m so mad. I was not able to touchdown on my front splits today and it could have been achieved had I had 10 more minutes to stretch, which I didn’t, and it makes me mad. It sucks being frustrated because you can’t really fix it, you just have to deal with the suckiness .
