Station 1: 5 assisted inverted rows and 5 assisted pull ups
Station 2: hooks boxing
Station 3: 5 Bent row. Upright row. Overhead press with 45lb bar and 5 deep goblet squats with a 25lb weight
Station 4: 5 knee triceps push ups with hand pick up and 5 toe touches
Station 5: wrist/forearm roller (round 1) 10 shoulder front raises and around the worlds 5 each way with 25lb plate

Sword play

Stretching: adductor, butterfly, pike, straddle

I put the speed on 1.5 and did it in 52 min. This is exactly what I needed. I’d like to try this 6 days a week during break.
