Exercise Journal: 11.10.2017

Get Bent
– Warm Up

– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

That felt good. I broke a sweat. I ended up going way lower than I thought I would on my middle split. I ended up touching my stomach and chest to the floor during my pancake isometric. My front’s are as expected with my hip flexors and hamstrings feeling super tight. Like they are both tighter than my adductors. Smh. However, they are not too bad for not having stretched for 3 weeks! I went hard since I’m only expecting to stretch once, maybe twice a week.

Counterintuitivey, Walking psuh up is actually easier the further up you go. Pat on my back for going to bed 30 minutes earlier so I could wake up 30 miutes early and do this. Not a morning person.
