Exercise Journal: 27.05.2017

EXERCISE:
Weightlifting: Legs
– Barbell squats: 5×5 @ 135, 155, 185, 155, 135
– Straight leg deadlift: 3×5 @ 25, 35, 45

How long has it been since I’ve done weightlifting? I finally understand what it means to be busy because of school and finals, and honestly, it was not a good enough excuse to stay away from the gym for 1 hr once a week.

Run:
– .5mi in 5m04

Long time no see. How quickly you abandon me. I have one year to go from a 10-minute mile pace to a 7-minute mile pace. I’m sure I can get back to 9 quickly. It was breaking into the 8-minute pace that was harder and slower.

Daily Stretch Routine:
– Spilts warm up
– Splits stretches extended

I touched down on fronts and tried an isometric middle.

Now I have to get back into handstands.
