Weightlifting:Legs
– Straight-Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 115, 135, 155lb
– Squats below 90 degrees: 8 @ 135, 7 @ 145, 6 @ 155

I am so sore. Even my shoulders and upper back are sore.
