Weightlifting: Back
Pull Ups: 2×8,7
Bentover Barbell Row: 3×8,7,6 @ 115, 125, 135lb
Back fly: 3×8 @ 95, 95, 100lb

31.01.2017
Run:
– Treadmill: 1.50 mi run
I did a 5 minute war up, and I hit 1.5 at 17 minutes.
