EXERCISE:
Treadmill: Eppeling Treadmill test

It took me over 10 minutes to reach 136 BPM at 3.7 speed, initially at 0% incline for the first 5 minutes, then 5% for the second 5 minutes. No clue what that means…

I used my tens unit on my hamstrings. I think it helped.
