Weightlifting: Back
– Pull Ups: 3×5
– Barbell Bent Over Row: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 125lb
– Reverse Fly: 3×8 @ 95lb

I was better able to keep correct form lifting 125 rather than 135lb.

– HIIT: 8m @ 12 rounds of 30s on and 10s off

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend

Extra Poses:
– Lunge Backbend

My camel felt like it was deeper today. For my backbends, the bottom of my ribs were pretty stacked over my head/shoulders! Good backbend day!
