Exercise Journal: 19.01.2017

EXERCISE:
Weightlifting: Chest
– Dumbbell Bench Press: 3×8 @ 105, 115, 125lb
– Flys: 2×8 @ 100, 115, 2×4 @ 145, 130lb
– Dips: 3×8

Easier than I thought it would be.

Run: Treadmill
– 2 min warm up
– 1.0mi @ 8m42s
– 2 min cool down

Not super bad, but I was tired.
