Exercise & Food Journal: 18.01.2017

EXERCISE:
Weightlifting: Legs
– Squats: 1×8 @ 115, 1×7 @ 135, 1×6 @ 155, 1×4 @ 175, 1×1 @ 195, 1×1 @ 205
– Straight leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

Did not have time for

Run:
– Treadmill: .75 mi run @ ~7 min

I ran for time, and not too fast. Was running out of time.

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly & Elevated Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake x3

I did several “extra” poses:
– Lunge Backbend
– Pigeon Backbend
– Front Oversplits (using foam roller)

Touched down on front splits, front over splits (barely) and had difficulty with middles. I did not improve. I had to go way to fast 😦 Made me sad.

FOOD:
– Breakfast: oatmeal w/ almond milk and swirl of honey
– Snack: Skinny pop
– Lunch: Sesame chicken, kale and quinoa, 3 pieces of sugary sweet potato, cinnamon ginger apple
– Snack: Kind bar
– Dinner: Onion garlic chicken
