Exercise Journal: 12.01.2017

Weightlifting: Back
– Pull Ups: 3×5 @ 0, 0, 15lb
– Reverse Fly: 3×8 @ 95lb
– Barbell Bent Over Row: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

I like the barbell bent over row.

– Treadmill: 2 min walk, 8:25 min run, 2 min walk

Still sucks, but slightly less. I reached 1.0mi by the end of the run, including the first walk. I’m mostly paying attention to pace and time right now, as opposed to distance.

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Legs & Hips

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly
– Pancake

Still super sore. But I’m way better at light days now.
