I like the barbell bent over row.
– Treadmill: 2 min walk, 8:25 min run, 2 min walk
Still sucks, but slightly less. I reached 1.0mi by the end of the run, including the first walk. I’m mostly paying attention to pace and time right now, as opposed to distance.
Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Legs & Hips
Still super sore. But I’m way better at light days now.
