Exercise Journal: 11.01.2017

EXERCISE:
Weightlifting: Chest/Tri
– Dips: 3×8
– Dumbbell Bench Press: 3×8 @90, 100, 110lb
– Flys: 3×8 @ 100, 115, 125lb

Why was I sore before this workout? Backbends? Probably.

Jump Rope:
– Jump Rope: 8 min

I hate running.

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Legs & Hips

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake x3

Very light stretching, except I did push it a little on the pancake. It was an accident. I was looking at my phone and wasn’t thinking about it.
