– T-Bar Rows: 3×8 @ 47.5, 57.5, 67.5lb
– Reverse Flys: 3×8 @ 95lb

Tabata: 8 min
– Jump Rope

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Legs & Hips

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake

Weightlifting: Legs
– Squats: 3×5 @ 115, 135, 155; 3 @ 165, 2 @ 175, 1 @ 185lb
– Leg Press: 3×8 @ 518, 608, 698lb

On a time crunch and my lower back was definitely reinjured on Tuesday from elbow backbend.

Tabata: 8 min
– Jump Rope

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Legs & Hips

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake

I touched down on both fronts, although it was a little tense. Also, my pancake was very comfortable. I didn’t get the usually slight “burn” stretch feeling, so I probably could have held it longer and I actually had time.

Massage: Therapeutic
– 60min

The massage was sorely needed,
