Strength Training: Chest/Tri
– Dips: 3×5
– Bench Press: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb
– Close grip triceps: 3×8 @ 42.5, 50, 50lb

Tabata:
– Jump Rope: 8 min

Upping my time to 8 minutes now!

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips

24.11.2016
Strength Training: Legs
– Squat: 3×8 @ 115, 135, 155lb, 1×3 @ 185lb
– Leg Press: 3×8 @ 608, 698, 788lb
– Straight Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

Tried a higher weight on squats today and therefore dropped a lower weight!

Tabata:
– Jump Rope: 8 min

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly & Elevated Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake

I came home and almost did the splits on both sides. Notice to self to never overdo it again.
