Strength Training: Legs
– Leg Press: 3×8 @ 498, 698, 788lb
– Squat: 4×8 @ 95, 115, 135, 155lb
– Straight Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

– Jump Rope: 4 min

I finally made it back to my pre-break weights!

Tried the splits. Did not touch the floor. There’s a lot to be said for overtraining.
