Exercise Journal: 31.10.2016


Strength Training: Chest/Tri
– Dips: 3×8 (knees forward/back)
– Dumbbell Bench Press: 3×8 @ 35, 40, 45lb per arm
– Tricep Pull Down: 3×8 @ 50lb

– Jump Rope: 4 min

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits

Flexibility: Valentino
– Butterfly & Elevated Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake

Still sore, but managed to touch down on both fronts. Normal middle and pancake. Stiff, but not horrible.
