EXERCISE:

Strength Training: Back/Bi
– Pull Ups: 3×5
– T-Bar Row: 3×8 @ 67.5, 77.5, 92.5lb
– Dumbbell Curls: 3×8 @ 15lb per arm
– Inverted Rows: 3×5
– Bent Over Dumbbell Rows: 3×8 @ 35lb

Tabata:
– Jump Rope: 4 min

Flexibility: Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits

Flexibility: Valentino:
– Butterfly & Elevated Butterfly
– Frog x3
– Pancake

I was so sore from leg day, but after stretching, I could almost walk normally!
