Exercise Journal: 26.10.2016


– Squats, Burpees, Push ups, Burpees: 4 min
– Jump Rope: 4 min

I almost died after the first round, but I need more cardio in my life apparently.

Ashtanga Yoga:
– Flow

Did some poses from 2nd, but mostly primary series. Felt good to do yoga again!

Strength Training: Legs
– Squats: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb, 1×5 @ 155lb
– Leg Press: 3×8 @ 478, 568, 568
– Straight Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

That was hard, but I did okay.
