-Pull Ups: 4×5
-Bent Over Rows: 4×8 @ 30, 35, 40, 45lb
-Dumbbell Curl: 3×8 @ 15lb
– Jumprope: 1 tabata
The HIIT was not nearly as bad today! However, I did trip up a little more. I added a set of pull ups since I didn’t want to increase my reps. Not ready for that. Feeling good!
