EXERCISE:
17.09.2016
StretchU: 1 hr

Strength Training: Chest/Triceps
-Bench Press: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 125, 135
-Dips: 3×8
-Triceps extensions: 3×8 @ 25, 30lb kettle-bell

Stretches:
– 6 x Splits per leg
– 3 x Raised Butterfly w/10lb per legs
– 3 x Frog w/20lb on butt (neutral, forward and backwards variations)
– 1 x Pancake
– 1 min Wall Middle Split

I touched down on my splits!

Strength Training: Legs
-Bar squat: 4×8 & 95, 115, 135, 155lb
-Leg press: 3×8 @ 518, 608, 698lb
-Straight Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

HIIT:
– Jumprope: 1 tabata

A new record for me on squats and leg press! I was really impressed with my squats because I really didn’t think i’d be able to go that far!

I’m bringing back HIIT because I need to incorporate cardio again. I’m not super happy with my body right now even though I should be because I feel like I’m doing great at the gym. I’m trying to tackle diet, but I know that cardio is needed.
