Flexibility Class: Front Splits – 1h15m
I touched down. A lot of the exercises were easier, however the splits still hurt this time. I’m sure the former is because I’m getting more flexible, and the later is because I’m not super warm. I also touched down the first round this time and tried to work on getting my hips squared.
Anyway, I’m was excited about middles, and content with my fronts for now.
