Flexibility Class: Middle Splits – 1h15m

I touched down! My legs aren’t in a perfect 180˚ line, but I’m close! It’s like an extremely wide straddle. Super excited!

Strength Training: Legs
-Leg press: 4×8 @ 318, 408, 498, 588lb
-Bar squat: 3×8 & 95, 115, 125lb
-Straight Leg Deadlift: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 125lb

Light day since I’m doing legs again on Sunday. My adductors are sore from middles. 🙂
