Flexibility Class: Front Splits – 1h15m
I touched down! So we did 3 rounds of splits. My legs were really resisting and I wasn’t sure I was going to touch down, but on the 2nd and 3rd tries, I could feel my hamstrings relax and I touched down. It was weird. Like it stopped hurting. I also used my outstretched leg to rest both my hands on. I can’t wait until next week’s classes, especially middle splits!
