No touch down on fronts. Might have strained my right side.

Touched down on left front. Right is still tight and sore!

My camel was better. Even my lunge backbend was better. Cobra has not progressed at all. I feel like my upper back is not bending at all anymore. And bridge sucked! Well, I think my back was improved, but my shoulders are not impressive. In fact, they feel like they’ve regressed a little. 😦 I need to stretch more.
