Front Over Splits

Touched down on both sides today, but not middle obviously. Backbends felt great!

Strength Training: Legs
– Leg Press: 3×8 @ 208, 298, 388lb
– Bar Squats: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb
– Deadlift, Straight Leg: 3×8 @ 95, 115, 135lb

Felt good. I did so much better this time.
