– Bench Press: 3×8 @ 95, 95, 100lb
– Triceps Extension: 3×8 @ 20, 25, 30lb

13.06.2016
Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

Easy Flexibility:
– Middle Splits

I’m really sore from lifting. Stretching felt great. I was pretty low on both sides, but I was not very warm. Oh, well.
