EXERCISE:
Yoga:
– Level 2/3 Arm Balances Workshop: 3hr

“In this workshop, we will learn how to transition between arm balances and inversions, experimenting with all the playfulness that yoga has to offer.”

I learned so many thing. Crow to headstand and back. Side crow, straight leg side crow, scissor leg side crow, and flow in-between all three. Also did peacock with lotus and straight legs.

Gym: Chest/Triceps
– Dumbbell Benchpress: 3×10 @ 50lb
– Dips: 3×5
– Tricep Pulldowns: 3×8 @ 37.5 lbs

RUN:
– 1 mi: 8m2s

Easy Flexibility:
– Middle Splits

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

2016 April-May Splits Challenge:
Splits:
– Middle Splits
– Pigeon Stretch – Left & Right
– Pancake
Intermediate Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Camel
Advanced Backbend:
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
