Weightlifting:
– Pull Ups: 3 x 5
– Bent over Dumbbell Rows: 12-10-8 20lb
– Deadlift: 3 x 5 @ 90, 90, 115

Run:
– 1.5 mi: ~13m
Not sure how long it took because I accidentally pulled the emergency plug after the .75 mi mark. I did get around 6:30 for the second .75 mi.
