I enjoy these because they are different. However, they don’t seem to be hard enough.

– Pigeon Stretch – Left & Right
Didn’t feel so great today. I’d fully planned on doing this yesterday, but did not get home until close to midnight. Hopefully tomorrow will go better. I don’t feel like I’m progressing as well as I did last challenge, but I am making some improvements.
