– Pigeon Stretch – Left & Right
– Pancake

Took a backbend break.

06.04.2016
Yoga:
– Iyengar Yoga: 60m

I meant to stretch today, too, but I feel asleep.

07.04.2016
Yoga:
– Ashtanga Improv: 60m

I swear my splits were lower here than they’ve been since I started stretching them again.

TouchFit:
– Fitness Test: 9 min

This was basically upper body, lower body and core bodyweight exercises.

– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
Advanced Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon

I’m not going to lie. I am somewhat frustrated at the lack of progress, but it is only the first week. It just seems like last time I made lots of progress all the time.
