EXERCISE:
Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

2016 April-May Splits Challenge:
Splits:
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits
– Pigeon Stretch – Left & Right
– Pancake
Intermediate Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
Advanced Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon

I feel like my front split alignment was better today and they were also lower. Pigeon still feels kind of tight as opposed ti when I do it at yoga. Middle split is also tight. I think I’m just not super warm. Cobra felt effortless today. I was also able to shorted my bridge, it felt great.
