EXERCISE:
Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

2016 April-May Splits Challenge:
Splits:
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits
– Straddle Reach – Left & Right
– Pancake
– Frog
Intermediate Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
Advanced Backbend:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon

Strength:
– 10 Squats
– 10 Push Ups

It was really fun to do Get Bent again. I forgot how much I enjoy it and how fast it goes by. It felt much easier on my body this time as well. I didn’t feel any pain in my hip/back, which was great. My hamstrings were a little sore from yesterday’s yoga session. I think I will replace Straddle Reaches with normal pigeon for my splits stretches.
