Exercise Journal: 22.03.2016

EXERCISE:
Run: 1.5 mi
– Warm Up – 3 min brisk walk
– 1.5 mi run: 12:18
– Cool Down – 4 min slow walk

Tired. Thirsty. I felt better after the run than before though. I’ll start stretching next week.
