Exercise Journal: 19.03.2016

EXERCISE:
Run: 1.5 mi
– Warm Up – 5 min brisk walk
– 1.5 mi run: 12:06
– Cool Down – 7 min slow walk

Dehydrated and had a hard cider. Not a good combo, and that last lap was killing me, but I pushed through it, and now it’s over, and I’m in bed with Daredevil.

Hopefully I can take this test in 3 weeks with similar results! Also, I am allowed to start stretching next week. We shall see how that goes. My piriformis feels extra good, I might just do yoga instead of Get Bent.
