That was different, but it really helped me realize that these two weeks off have really helped my muscles heal! Especially my hips and hamstrings. I was able to do pigeon with my knee at almost 90 degrees and square hips with little resistance. This pretty much solidifies my decision to only stretch 4 times a week. Not sure how that’s going to work with this upcoming Splits challenge. I think day five will have to be really, really light stretching, with no resistance/isometric/PNF training at all. Anyway I love Ashtanga.
