– Cool Down

2016 February BackBend Challenge – Advanced: Day 4
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
Extra:
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits (& Pancake)
– Butterfly
– Lotus

I went to a stretch place afterwards and they really helped my lower back/hip pain. Also, I was told that my hamstrings were not tight, but my hip flexors were. So definitely working on those.
