– 400m/.25mi @ 2:00 pace, rest 100m: 0.25mi @ 1:54, 0.50mi @ 2:10, 0.75mi @ 2:21, 1.00mi @ 2:04, 1.25mi @ 2:00, 1.50 @ 2:09, total @ 12:38

Wow, that total time is not a true representation of how I felt during that shitty run. I felt like I was going to have diarrhea in someone’s yard during the second lap. Didn’t realize how crappy that third lap was and then somehow recovered during the second half of the run. WTF? Also apparently, it’s a steady incline up until away halfway through the run, which makes more sense now.

2016 February BackBend Challenge – Advanced: Day 4
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits (& Pancake)
– Butterfly
– Lotus
– Cowface

Today was like yesterday in that backbends were better than splits. I’m really trying to eliminate this piriformis tightness. It is the ONLY thing bothering me during stretching! I did mid-month comparison pics of the backbends and splits yesterday. Splits were not impressive as I went backwards from being so sore. Kol. Backbends however had amazing progress!
