Tabata: 8 minutes, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 16 rounds

– Side Plank Lifts
– Squats
– Side Plank Lifts
– Push Ups
– Inch Worms
– Squats
– Inch Worms

I forgot to do strength a third time last week. :-/

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

2016 February BackBend Challenge – Advanced:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
Extra:
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits
– Butterfly
– Lotus
– Cow Face

Annoyed with front splits and my hamstrings. Middle split was actually better today, even though pancake was not. So confused. I don’t know what’s going on anymore or how to combat it. I was sweating, but apparently, I was not warm enough.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Whevs. I’m just going to do active stretching a little more frequently. Backbends did not fail me today. They felt very strong and breathing was not an issue.

Tumbling:
– warm up, tuck/straddle handsprings, dive rolls, choreography
