Exercise Journal: 05.02.2016

PT Test Prep:
Push Ups (max 47) (1 min): 50
Sit Ups (allowed 54) (1 min): 50

I am so sore. Today is the last day, so it’s the shortest. Was not expecting to get 50 push ups. Hopefully they all broke 90 degrees. I was however expecting to get more than 50 sit ups, but I also didn’t have my feet properly anchored to the ground.

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

2016 February BackBend Challenge – Advanced:
– Cobra
– Bridge
– Foot to Head Pigeon
– Camel
– Front Splits
– Middle Splits
– Butterfly

So I think my splits are causing my gluten to tighten up on my sciatic nerve. No good. I’m doing cow face and a couple of other stretches today and over the weekend to help relieve it. Also might take some anti-inflammatory since it might be because I am super sore! This is my first time going 5 days in a room, btw.

Everything else went well. Middle splits were slightly lower. Definitely need to not have sciatica.
