Sworkit: 10 minute Full Body Strength Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

I finally did a backbend against the wall! It was not very low, but it was the first time I actually did a really one! All three of my splits were lower. I was so happy getting over that plateau, especially for middle split. I don’t think I’ve been lower before. And my pancake was awesome. I’m pretty sure that pushing myself in pancake resulted in a lower middle split. I also managed to get my arms closer to my ears during bridge. It felt a lot better actually. Anyway, I love this video. So glad I found it!
