– ReverseCrunches

Get Bent

– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

My left and right splits are appear to be equal now, which means my right leg has probably healed up finally! Not any lower today, but not any worse.  I did not want to work out today due to cramps, but I made a deal with myself that I only had to do one tabata, and also I am pretty committed to this Backbend Challenge.  I’m glad I did because my back bends improved today. I say that a lot, but I was able to go lower than I’ve gone before in standing back bends with now pain. Something I noticed with Cobra was that afterwards, my back was not tired. I also got something of a second wind towards the end in camel and managed to go lower without really forcing myself to. And I focused on raising my hips and pushing my shoulders over my wrists in backbend and I noted a big difference.

I also started sewing yesterday. It’s pretty fun.
