Eight exercises. I don’t remember what they were.

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

Not too bad.

16.01.2016
Tabata: 4 minute: 20 second rounds, 10 second break, 8 rounds
– Push Ups
– Squats
– Mountain Climbers
– Windshield Wipers

Tabata: 4 minute: 20 second rounds, 10 second break, 8 rounds
– Air Bike
– Squats
– Reverse Crunch
– Windshield Wipers

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

Traveling again. Much warmer here. 🙂 My right split felt like it was on par with the left one today.
