Exercise Journal: 09.01.2016

EXERCISE:
Sworkit: 12 minute Full Intensity Cardio Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

So it’s really just my right split that is tight. Also it’s really hard to get warm in this cold as state. I need to buy some workout sweats. My bridge was amazing though! My shoulders were so flexible. My upper back still needs work though! The back bends are so hard and difficult.
