EXERCISE:
Sworkit: 12 minute Full Body Strength Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

My splits were tight, but my back seems to be cooperating nicely! Also the strength workout upper body exercises felt easier which was nice for not feeling pathetic!
