Exercise Journal: 06.01.2016

EXERCISE:
Back Flexibility Challenge Poses:
– Pigeon Foot Hold
– Cobra
– Camel
– Bridge

I did not have any time today to work out unfortunately because I moved across the country and then passed out, so I only did the poses. But hopefully I can do it tomorrow.

Yay jetlag.
