Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

Sworkit: 12 minute Full Body Strength Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

My back felt better. Last time I just overdid it. Backbends will come with time and consistency, as will everything else. My right split felt significantly better and was lower as well. I was able to reproduce these pretty closely during my warmup at the gym. I like this program because everything feels good afterwards if I stay in my lane.

Gymnastics: 2hr
– Warm Up: Stretching, Splits
– Tumble Track: Front Handsprings, Back handsprings, Back Flips, Front Flips
– Floor: Front Limber, Acrobatics

Went to open gym with Susie. It was nice to go one more time to get some videos of all the skills I’ve learned. I am officially sad though. 😦
