Exercise Journal: 30.12.2015

Sworkit: 12 minute Full Body Strength Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

My backbends feel better in that I don’t feel lower back pressure. Still taking it extremely slow. My front splits feel like they are plateau a little bit, but they aren’t too bad. Middle splits actually feel like they are getting slightly deeper each time. I honestly want to start cold stretching a little in the mornings, but nothing too crazy.
