– Cool Down

29.12.2015
Sworkit: 12 minute Plyometric Cardio Workout: 30 second rounds, 30 second break every 3 minutes

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

I wanted to work out on Christmas, but I was having the worst sharp, shocking cramps all day. 😦 I wish I had just done pigeon or something.
