I was not feeling the Sworkit workout today. It was lame. It gave me three arm- and then three leg exercises in a row. What the hell is that? I got pretty low on splits again, especially during the holding and relaxing phases. Back bends felt better today, but my wrist is a little sore from something I did yesterday.
