12 minute workout: 12 rounds of 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off
– high knees
– reptile push ups
– high knees
– air squats
– high knees
– flutter and scissor kicks

Get Bent
– Warm Up
– Legs & Hips
– Front & Middle Splits
– Shoulder Warm Up & Stretch
– Back Bend
– Cool Down

Skills: 5 handstands

I already feel an improvement in my HIIT performance! I was able to push myself harder and my push ups were definitely stronger. Side and front splits were low. I just need to have patience.  My back bends were surprisingly good. Hands stand were eh. I almost forgot about the skills challenge. Oops.
